2. Products and Services

• Rebranding and Customization: Our core service is applying custom printing and branding to pre-manufactured glass and disposable water bottles based on the artwork, logos, and instructions provided by the client.

• Third-Party Manufacturing: Because we do not manufacture the physical bottles, we rely on trusted third-party suppliers. We cannot be held liable for manufacturing defects originating from the original bottle production, though we maintain strict quality control on our rebranding processes.

• Quality Variations: While we strive for the highest fidelity in reproducing your branding, slight variations in color, placement, or finish may occur due to the printing process and the surface materials of the bottles.

• Product Availability: All orders are subject to bottle availability from our suppliers. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify product offerings at any time without prior notice.

3. User Content and Intellectual Property

When you submit logos, artwork, or any other materials (“User Content”) for customization:

• Ownership & Rights: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to use the User Content.

• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Logoonbottle.com harmless against any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement related to the artwork you provide.

• License to Print: You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify the User Content strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your rebranding order.

4. Order Process and Payment

• Quotations and Proofs: Upon requesting a quote, we may provide a digital mockup or proof. It is your responsibility to review and approve the design, spelling, and placement before the rebranding process begins.

• Payment Terms: Full payment or an agreed-upon deposit is required before production commences, as our services are highly customized.

• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for any modifications, price changes, or suspensions of service.

5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Due to the customized nature of B2B branded merchandise, our return and cancellation policies are strictly enforced:

• Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled or modified once the printing and rebranding process has begun. If you cancel prior to production, a cancellation fee may apply to cover setup or material procurement costs.

• Returns: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for customized products unless the items are materially defective in our printing process or the branding deviates significantly from the approved proof.
